Our paper test kit is finally back!

Here you get a practical kit with paper samples from a range of different dotted notebooks. We have a wide variety in our assortment, and we know it can be difficult to know which notebook actually suits you best.

That’s why we have disassembled, cut down, and put together our classic paper test kit, so you can squeeze, test pens, and really feel how the different papers behave.

The kit includes one sheet/page from several different brands. You get a clear sense of the differences in both paper and gsm.

Please note that there may be variations between different batches of notebooks, so we cannot guarantee that the paper will be identical to a book you buy later. However, you will get a very good idea of how it feels, and you will notice that the differences between brands and gsm are actually significant.

(This kit was very popular before, but was paused when major changes occurred in the books. Now we feel that it has stabilized again. But as mentioned, variations may occur.)

In the kit, you will find paper from:

• Atoma – 90 GSM
• Archer & Olive – 160 GSM
• Compoco – 100 GSM
• Dingbats Wildlife – 100 GSM
• Dingbats PRO – 160 GSM
• Leuchtturm1917 – 80 GSM, 120 GSM, and Bullet Journal Edition (120 GSM).
• Midori – Japanese thin paper
• Sakae TP – TomoeRiver – Japanese thin paper
• Stlogy – Japanese thin paper
• Rhodia Goalbook – 90 GSM
• Paper24 – 160 GSM
• Paperstyle – 100 GSM
• Paperblanks – 120 GSM
• Nuuna – 120 GSM

Japanese brands generally do not specify GSM, as it is not a unit of measurement used there.

Perfect for those who are wondering which dotted notebook is actually right for them.
