The Fleur de Sel de Gurande that we delicately pick every summer from the surface of the water of our carnations is the subject of the picker’s full attention. The whiteness and quality of the Fleur de Sel depend on the precision of its gesture. It is made up of fine white crystals and represents a small production. Uncrushed, unwashed, these crystals preserve their natural richness in trace elements. The incomparable flavor of Fleur de Sel de Gurande, and its melting texture, are particularly popular with gourmets and star chefs.
