These succulent fruit jellies come in four vibrant flavors: orangs de Provence(apricot),framboise(raspberry), andmyrtille (blueberry). Doucet makes their pates de fruits in small batches, stirring the fresh fruit pulp in copper cauldrons and hand-packing the quintessential sugar-dusted jellies. Each bar is soft, exquisite, and bright with fruit flavor (they are made with 50% fruit, primarily sourced from local Provenal orchards!).
